Medicine is good, medicine is bad
some medicine I wish I never had

THE MYSTERIOUSNESS OF THIS INSIDENESS
Smiling all the while, happy as a child
singing soothing songs, bubbling bounties long
giggles that I feel, wondering if its real
then comes crashing down, smothered by a frown.
This chemical reaction bursting brains to fractions
stomach walls eroding and butterflies exploding
mouth steady running, pockets empty spending
